Matthew Swann

Matthew Swann (pronouns: he / him) was Chief Executive of City of London Sinfonia (CLS) from 2012 to 2021, transforming the orchestra into a participation driven ensemble that engaged with wider societal issues and gender/ethnicity diverse guest artists in its performance activity. Previous to CLS, Matthew was a producer at the Roundhouse in Camden, and in development at the Barbican Centre. He will combine his Your Turn Collective role with a position at Director of Recruitment for Achates Philanthropy, working with performing arts organisations on inclusion driven senior appointments.
